About CPC
From Then to Now
Celebration Place Church of the Nazarene was founded in 1999 with one purpose in mind; to reach the lost for Christ. Over the years, we have moved from different locations as we grew. During this time we followed God's path for CPC as we proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The path has brought us to where we are today, where we purchased our new church home and became Celebration Place Church of the Nazarene in York, SC. While our location had changed over the years, our purpose has not changed. We continue to focus everything we do on reaching the lost. Today that purpose is focused on "Restoring Relationship with God".
About Our Worship Services
There are many fundamental acts that Christians are called to do. Worship of God is one. We offer an alternative for a contemporary church in York. Are you looking for a contemporary church in Rock Hill? We are just a short drive away. We have a relaxed, casual environment that features contemporary worship led by the CPC Praise Team. Following a time of worship and prayer, we then hear a challenging, relevant sermon by Pastor Ray. Come as you are, ready to worship God for all he has done, all he is doing and all that He will continue to do for you.
Restoring Relationships With God
At Celebration Place Church, we believe that the relationship with God is the most important relationship anyone can have. We are hard-wired to be relational. Some relationships are good, some are down right toxic! The relationship with God is the foundation on which every relationship we have is laid. If the relationship with God is broken or suffering, every aspect of our lives, and the relationships we have, will be broken and suffering. We are focusing on how we can help you restore your relationship with God.
